System Verdict
The EVGoXMods BL3Z-14A411-A harness is a budget-friendly and easy-to-install solution for restoring backup camera functionality in older Ford F-150s, but its long-term durability may be a concern for some.

My backup camera on my 2012 F-150 was cutting in and out for months and the dealership wanted a fortune just to look at it. Picked this EVGoXMods harness up instead and it was super easy to swap out in my driveway. The video is clear again and it feels mostly like the OEM one, tho the wires
Fixed the black screen on my 2012 F150. Took like 10 mins to swap out, totally worth the $$.
Omg finally I can see behind me again! I was worried about doing it myself but it just plugs right in. Way cheaper than the dealership quote I got last month. Hope it lasts a long time!
This EVGoXMods harness is okay for the price. The install was a breeze, but the wiring feels a bit thinner than the OEM Ford one I took out. It's been working for about two weeks now without any flickering. I'm a bit worried about how it'll handle a salty winter since the weather sealing looks a little cheap, but for now, it's doing the job.
Good value replacement. The backup camera on these older F-150s is notorious for failing because of the harness, and this is a direct fit. Video quality is identical to before. Shipping was fast too.
plug and play. works great on my 2013 lariat. no issues so far.
It works, but the clip was kinda hard to get seated properly. idk if it was just my truck or the harness itself. Its fine for a budget fix though if u dont want to spend a ton at a shop.
Don't waste your time. It worked for exactly three days before the signal started cutting out again. I checked the connections and they’re tight, so it’s definitely a short in the cable. You get what you pay for I guess. Returning it tomorrow.
I was skeptical because it’s a lot cheaper than the official Ford part (BL3Z-14A411-A), but the build quality is actually decent. It snapped right into the tailgate handle assembly. I did notice the image is a tiny bit grainier than I remember, but that might just be my old camera sensor and not the wire. Saved me a lot of headache trying to splice old wires together. If you're on a budget, this is the way to go.
It's alright. Does what it says but the pins look a little flimsy. We'll see how long it lasts.
Super easy to install! My husband had it done in like 5 minutes. No more blurry screen when I'm trying to park. Happy with the purchase.
